To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時我都好鍾意食上海菜, 今日嚟到大埔 超級城, 梗係要試一試啦! 裝修做得唔錯, 有種高級新派上海菜嘅味道每次必叫嘅醉雞, 花雕味太濃, 真係好似飲咗啖花雕酒咁, 好彩今晚我冇揸車 金沙炸軟殼蟹: 軟殼蟹炸得香脆, 不過炸醬略嫌太厚, 而且鹹蛋味同軟殼蟹好似唔係太監 不過我不嬲都好鍾意食香口嘢, 所以都接受到嘅木瓜魚湯: 好足料好好味, 不過價錢真係好貴呀最後叫咗蝶生煎包, 味道真係比較普通, 皮太厚, 而且冇乜肉汁。 可能唔係上枱即刻食, 所以未到上有啲影響
