To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 北京填鴨🦆🦆覺得呢度嘅北京填鴨肥瘦適中,唔會過肥,唔驚食兩嚿就食唔落,而且鴨油脂嘅部份好甘香,並且唔會有鴨「酥」味,不過佢一定要叫全隻,如果有得叫半隻應該會多啲嚟食。仲有一樣好處,就係佢上菜唔洗等好耐。整體嚟講覺得佢呢間北京填鴨嘅質素,每一次都好平均。👍🏻👍🏻燒羊肉🐑頭一兩次食覺得好好味,所以今次再叫,不過今次就真係有D失望,一嚟到嘅時候見到賣相同平時已經有比較大嘅出入。以往嘅皮係好酥脆,而裏面係帶有少少肉汁。但係今次外層完全唔脆,表皮油淋淋,不過羊肉本身嘅味道係ok,唯有點多啲側邊嘅孜然粉辣椒粉……

燒羊肉🐑

頭一兩次食覺得好好味,所以今次再叫,不過今次就真係有D失望,一嚟到嘅時候見到賣相同平時已經有比較大嘅出入。以往嘅皮係好酥脆,而裏面係帶有少少肉汁。但係今次外層完全唔脆,表皮油淋淋,不過羊肉本身嘅味道係ok,唯有點多啲側邊嘅孜然粉辣椒粉……

和朋友相約晚飯,選在家傳滬曉。雖然朋友推介它的北京填鴨,說每次跟家人來都會吃,但另一朋友對填鴨沒興趣,我們這次就沒試了!醉鴨舌,份量不多,鴨舌肉厚,帶淡淡酒香,味道不錯,惟索價$98/碟,價錢有點偏貴。彩椒醬燒年糕牛柳粒,年糕份量不多,牛柳粒份量還可,牛柳粒有咬口又不會太韌。整碟菜式都算夠味,但不及想像中的惹味。麻醬雞絲拌麵 ($72),朋友愛吃麵食而選這個。嚐了一些,麻醬的味道都是一般日式芝麻醬,不會難吃。雞絲份量足夠,麵條質感爽口,不會煮得糊糊的。砂鍋雲吞雞 (半隻),可選一隻或半隻。湯底鮮香,帶微微金華火腿鹹香。津白吸盡湯的精華,好甜很好吃!雲吞飽滿紮實,雞肉仍保持嫩滑~~小籠包,皮薄肉香,充滿湯汁,好吃!炸銀絲卷,熱焫焫的上桌,賣相金黃,入口酥脆又帶點Q軟口感,不會太油膩。蘸煉奶吃就更為香甜滋味!家傳滬曉的食品定價略高,茶錢也要$14/位,比起近似類型的上海菜餐廳,茶錢也很貴呢!!

以前住大埔的時候,家傳戶曉差唔多是我哋全家的食堂,因為地點方便,就在大埔中心一田附近,座位又舒適寛敝,又有午市套餐及有中式茶提供。不過搬走之後,今次已相隔三年再光顧,水準都能保持。今次我們一行8人為慶祝父親節而來,預早訂了馳名的北京填鴨,聽聞每枱客多數都會點,因為味道不錯亦有特色。皮脆肉嫩,薄餅又夠薄,配合青瓜、山渣條、大蒽同特製醬料,好好味。另外,我哋叫了蔥爆羊肉配薄餅、小籠包、小食雞絲粉皮、鴨舌。羊肉都夠淋同惹味,用中式薄餅夾好滋味,值得推介。小籠包都不差,皮薄餡靚。雞絲粉皮同鴨舌都算合格,不過就份量不多。蛋白瑤柱炒飯同炸銀絲卷就不過不失。飲品方面,有很多選擇,今次試咗話梅乳酸青檸、荔枝雪梨椰果紅茶同火龍果菠蘿蘆薈梳打,第二杯有半價優惠。我覺得最好飲就係荔枝雪梨椰果紅茶。最值得一提是其中一位侍應哥哥叫Andy非常專業有禮,值得一讚,因當日我小孩為小事發脾氣,但佢仍然耐心聆聽,又細心介紹每個菜式。
