To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日特意入西貢追踪網紅推介的這傳統粤菜食店😁下午一時半仍見客似雲來，坐下即看菜單，决定選被介绍的燒鹅及小菜👏👏先来了蜜糖山楂骨，熱辣辣及蜜糖味香山楂酸味中和，兩者合拍，排骨畧嫌骨多，肉量多些會更好🤔再上燒鵝雙下脾，肉質嫩滑，味亦足，只是皮未夠脆口，有改善空間🤔追加了干蒸牛肉球，亦算及格，不過不失的一餐😋😋
