To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這店開業已久，之前都覺得好好吃的，但近日發覺有點退步了。周六中午喺新城市廣場，竟然唔使排隊，立即有位，店內約8成客左右。我們兩個人不是太肚餓，所以只點了一碟糖醋骨，一碗陽春麵及高力豆沙！前二都好味，但糖醋骨份量少得可憐，我還以為是“一人前”的份量😱！高力豆沙，個皮太厚，麵粉多，口感不好，有待改善一下。店舖坐位舒適，每張枱分隔也不覺得迫👍 服務態度不錯，奈何人手不足下，叫侍應也要叫兩三次，幸好侍應們有笑容😊總括來說，份量少，價錢足，不過不失的一間上海菜餐廳。
