To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日年初四，肥公冇開門，又好想食車仔麵，近近地就嚟咗呢度⋯⋯ 5:00已經落咗單食完碗麵，5:30同一時間點嘅第二碗都未到⋯⋯食完麵坐喺度冇嘢做，睇吓牆上面貼嗰啲食評⋯⋯究竟係我嘅味蕾有問題，定係而家香港人食嘢嘅口味轉左⋯⋯叫咗10餸，冇豬皮唔出聲，是但俾咗個俾水浸到發大嘅福袋，仲要切開咗一半，比水浸到發大鬆泡泡，好似浮屍咁嘅物體⋯⋯如果冇豬皮唔緊要，同我講可以換第二樣呀嘛⋯⋯咁都唔係俾啲垃圾人㗎⋯⋯全碗麵最好食係雞翼尖，其次喺陳皮魚蛋，蘿蔔好細舊味道還可以⋯⋯個個都話世界第一嘅滷水雞翼，得外面甜甜地裏面完全一陣雪味，另外有幾片日式叉燒咁樣物體，唔太肥膩，味道正常，豬腸不過不失⋯⋯如果佢係黃店嘅話，咁應該都係黃店裏面比較好食嘅⋯⋯但係我唔會再嚟⋯⋯等咗咗八個字，工人姐姐冇豬肉嘅麪，嚟咗兩次都入錯單⋯⋯佢脾氣咁好都發脾氣⋯⋯真係冇下次⋯⋯
