To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

另外見佢仲有caramel, vanilla, plain選擇,唔知會唔會好啲呢🙈。

成日都覺得牛角包🥐係最能測試到麵包師傅嘅功力。
每一層酥皮都非常薄,一咬開內裏嘅蜂巢幾靚,口感唔錯,唯獨係覺得牛油味可以再重手啲(可能自己偏向鍾意邪惡款式)。
挑選左三款口味,當中南瓜真係非常有驚喜🥰極多嘅南瓜吉士醬,但冇整腍到個牛角包,而且南瓜味非常突出,好真實,好香甜,大推💖💖💖!
杏仁就因人而異,係有好重杏仁霜嘅杏仁味🥶我自己極之討厭,但係朋友鍾意就覺得唔錯。
朱古力就算係經典款式🍫都係內裏包住左條朱古力,正正常常。

質素幾好,係好正宗嘅英式鬆餅☺️。
又大又靚嘅外型,裂痕位做得好好,容易分開,搽上提供嘅clotted cream & blueberry jam。
口感紮實少少但唔太黏口,焗返熱後表面微脆,仲富有奶香。
不過就唔係好重牛油味極度酥化嗰種,視乎個人喜好。

一向對於酒店嘅抹茶產品都唔係有太大期望🙈因為通常偏外國口味,會甜同假啲。
不過呢款算唔錯👌🏻抹茶味有少少甘,當然就唔及日本嗰種,但以法式甜品角度黎睇都算合格。
表面係慕絲口感,內裏有輕盈嘅蛋糕,再加上酸酸地嘅紅莓醬,成個口感味道平衡得都唔錯。

呢個就係金沙口味😂,對我呢啲榛子朱古力控嚟講,好難會唔好食。
有香濃嘅朱古力榛子味,再配上底下嘅脆脆、牛油餅乾,朱古力愛好者一定會愛上!

💞整體來講
一次過試咗佢多種唔同嘅pastry、蛋糕,自己覺得不過不失,守護到五星級大酒店嘅美譽,但未至於好大驚喜。價錢話平唔平,話貴又未至於最貴嘅,鍾意麵包嘅尚可一試,最推薦係南瓜牛角包,呢款就真係比較少見而且好出色🥰另外有興趣嘅朋友都可以試吓佢哋新研發嘅laminated baguette。
不過服務方面,當日嗰個員工好似比較新手,所以等咗好耐先齊啲包,而且出單有啲錯漏,而五星級酒店來講有少少失望🙈。
