Had a very enjoyable afternoon at the Ritz Carlton with parents / family for a lunch buffet.Service was top notch and efficient, and staff were genuinely warm and friendly. I loved its mini burgers, roast beef rib meat, black truffle dim sum, baby lobster and desserts, particularly the HK style mango pomelo 楊枝甘露 pudding which I still crave for it now as I am writing this review almost a month later!

現在不時在酒店官網或OpenRice訂座可以享有優惠價，今次OpenRice訂座可穫8折，3百多的價錢可以上ICC 103樓嘆下午茶值得一試😋因為個人同朋友都有飲食需要，事前經WhatsApp同餐廳溝通了有個別食物會轉vegan version下午茶menu內的item，服務有高級酒店水準，非常體貼細心。不過到正式享用下午茶上菜時卻錯漏百出，但耐心溝通後也順利安排好～食物質素味道方面，整體真的非常麻麻！例如鹹點方面，蔓越莓配煙燻火雞三文治非常乾且普通如便利店雪櫃的三文治，蟹肉椰子奶卷creamy但食不出蟹肉或椰子味～至於甜點方面相對好少少，但整體都有別高級酒店出品會層次口感豐富，如手袋型的零陵香豆百百香果朱古力蛋糕，厚厚的糖皮加厚實朱古力蛋糕非非常甜膩，食不出零陵香豆百或百香果味，最好味反而是vegan menu的檸檬白朱古力慕絲蛋糕～不過餐廳環境同服務方面絕對要讚，所以再來食下午茶與否要考慮要環境服務還是食物質素味道😌

十分普通的一餐，食物質素可以，種類不多，沙律菜的種類只有一種，冷盤海鮮也不多選擇，沒有翡翠螺也沒有龍蝦，有長腳蟹，但很細隻，味道還可以。熱盤沒有太多選擇，甜品尚可。環境不是太好，地方行細，似閣樓多D。服務員態度很好，有免費泊車。總體而言，沒有驚喜，以這個價錢不會再去。
