To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不過不失Lunch time喺第一城食飯，其實真係間間都滿座，必須要等，我揀咗最小人嘅元氣，一個人食都要拎飛等位，大概10分鐘之後就可以入咗入去揀咗最平嘅午餐定食， 溫玉子雜錦刺身丼定食，會有個麵豉湯同埋一個雜錦刺身飯，麵豉湯都幾夠味，又有海帶，感覺唔太鹹大約等咗5分鐘之後食物就到啦，個丼飯都幾大份，隻溫泉蛋煮到啱啱好，食嘅時候先篤爛佢拌勻成個丼飯，加埋啲蟹子，不同嘅刺身，同埋幾片青瓜，味道啱啱好，青瓜可以中和到沙律醬同蛋汁
