To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放完假一日又撞正Boss喺Office，今日真係做到冇停手😙 好彩仲有班好同事做我嘅後盾，lunch time同大家出去食個飯，叉足電返嚟又砌過🤨今日我哋嚟到海旁一間餐廳 #LaSerre， 玻璃屋嘅造型都幾吸睛👀 因為lunch嘅時間比較緊迫，我哋預先問餐廳拎定餐牌，一坐低就落單，仲以為好快有得食啦，點知一等就半粒鐘😅 食物質素還可以，不過攞隻崩咗嘅碟嚟裝 #沙律，有啲失珍囉😅 而我要嘅五成熟 #肉眼扒，上枱嘅時候🐮冇九成都起碼熟咗八成🤭 至於其他嘅主食，外貌都唔錯嘅，但味道如何就唔知喇🤫整體服務係比新年嗰餐係好咗嘅，但係效率真係爭咁啲😅 不過真心多謝同事同餐廳員工為我安排嘅 #生日驚喜！開心💗📍 La Serre (觀塘)海濱道90號地下1號舖
