老實說,多年前到福榮街吃《添好運》,食物味道是頂級的。當開愈多分店時,分店的質素往往強差人意望該店好好處理分店食品質素問題,不進則退,只會害到自己。星期六的下午,將軍澳店不算多人輪候,等約六張枱基本能成功入座一場來到,必試雪山叉燒包!外皮脆口,內裡全是流心的叉燒,但略帶肥膏不要緊,仍保持水準。潮洲粉果熱辣辣的,花生多多,皮不算厚,挺不錯宣傳紙上有炸腐皮卷,可惜點心紙上只有炆腐皮卷,略為失望相對較多油,似是失了應有水準,客人只好多喝茶解油。燒賣的杞子夠Sharp,但老問題是燒賣略帶肥肉鮮蝦菠菜餃菜夠足料,蝦就細細隻,皮又不算癡牙,不過不失。炸兩腸 - 皮不算粘口,炸兩真的金黃脆口,不帶太大油味,值得一讚金銀蛋瘦肉粥第一次在添好運嘗試吃粥,皮蛋與瘦肉的份量剛剛好,加少少蔥花和脆片拌着吃,都已感覺滿足了
