Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 機場Checkin完,大把時間。慕名前來,平時午間大排長龍,現在時間尚早,仍有1/3空位。蒸排骨,馬拉糕...好普通。竹枝牛肉卷唔錯,皮炸得香,食一件好了,很肥膩。黃沙豬潤腸粉,名字很吸引,但希望引致失望。豬潤干硬且腥味重。后悔了。食極唔飽,只好加多二樣,有驚喜,熱氣騰騰,看來落單的時機最重要。粉粿.酥皮叉燒包...好味兼飽吐。總結:只是oK。 相仿食物質素的點心店大把,都入到米芝蓮。
