近期又多咗幾間麻糬波波嘅專賣店,呢間「梅窩麻糬王」就係其中一間,由梅窩車仔檔開到港島,我有日經過長沙灣先發現原來九龍都有分店~ 見唔太多人排隊就買咗兩款口味試吓~呢間嘅麻糬波波比連鎖麵包店嘅大粒少少,而且粒粒都烘到金黃色✨ 我當日去到遇到抹茶紅豆餡係新鮮出爐,店員有主動提醒未凍晒唔好封口,仲有提我影低牆上面嘅食用方法(圖9),話凍咗之後要返去加熱先最好食,非常貼心👍🏼•🥢 經典原味 $25/6有根據指示焗返熱先食,即使隔咗兩日都焗得返外脆內煙韌!雖然睇落麻糬波波嘅切面有啲空心(因為我哋專登剪開),但如果原粒咬落去,麻糬會壓扁咗黏埋一齊,食咬係好煙韌!都幾估唔到!整體個麵粉同蛋味都好香😋 而且呢間嘅原味都有加啲黑芝麻粒,食落就再香啲同埋幾有層次~•🥢 抹茶紅豆餡 $35/6口感同原味差唔多,抹茶味比較淡,只係有啲甘味,唔太突出,感覺麵粉/蛋香仲出🤔 入面嘅紅豆餡會側咗一邊,但紅豆餡好綿滑,甜道都啱啱好,唔會好甜👍🏻

口感同原味差唔多,抹茶味比較淡,只係有啲甘味,唔太突出,感覺麵粉/蛋香仲出🤔 入面嘅紅豆餡會側咗一邊,但紅豆餡好綿滑,甜道都啱啱好,唔會好甜👍🏻
