To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚因為同個住係黃大仙區嘅朋友食飯，而我又突然好想食壽司🍣咁就搵下食邊間餐廳好！我哋首先揀嘅係「壽司郎」，但因為放工時間太多人，要等成過百張枱，即係要等起碼一個鐘至一個半鐘嘅時間！所以我哋就臨時轉換餐廳！睇下附近有咩餐廳係唔洗等，即入就去食啦，行行下就去左黃大仙嘅「元氣」！其實期望都不太大，諗住食飽就算😂講真，質素方面真係不及「壽司郎」，價錢大家都係相差不大，所以客人嘅人流就反映咗質素嘅分野了！
