抱著一個期待既心情同小寶黎到四季菊食鐵板燒,點了一個四季菊鐵板燒套餐,套餐有沙律,魚刺身,龍蝦,鵝肝,日本和牛,炒野菜,海鮮炒飯,麵豉湯,香蕉芝士蛋糕,另外單點了銀雪魚西京燒,天婦羅- 舞茸,炸野菜餅同蕃薯。燒物都保持自身既鮮味,沒有用太多調味,套餐中既龍蝦略嫌過熟,口感一般,不知道是那個品種龍蝦… …廚師推介厚燒日本和牛同5成熟,但上碟既和牛無不似預期,口感比較老,其中海鮮炒飯較為驚喜,有帶子在内提鮮,銀雪魚西京燒既份量適中,質感很厚實~3款天婦羅當中,最欣賞舞茸,它沒有油膩既感覺~這次既鐵板燒只能說不過不失,沒有傳說之中那麼驚艷~
