To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天來到土瓜灣，途經潮食坊，還記得這店的早餐也不錯，所以便停下來試試它的午餐。看過午餐餐牌，我便選了一個精選飯餐。～韮黃叉燒炒蛋飯48元的一個韮黃叉燒炒蛋飯是包了一個白飯和一碟炒蛋，而且還有飲品一杯，也算是便宜了。炒蛋炒得一點也不會過火，還有點兒生，蛋汁清楚可見，可能用來撈飯便能發揮其作用。韮黃味很出，還加入了蔥的香。叉燒是薄切的，亦不會韌。整體來説，這個炒蛋是普普通，配白飯來吃是配合得宜。飯後再來一杯熱檸茶是最好不過了。
