To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 舊朋友聚會,朋友介紹這間店。第一次光顧這間餐廳,地方四正和簡潔,預先電話訂枱去到唔使等。其實係食午飯時間都坐唔滿。招待帶到近窗邊位那裡坐下。朋友推介食午市一人套餐,包小食、主菜及飲品,可以加購甜品添。叫咗主食海南雞配油飯x2、爆炒牛肉及芒果配白飯x1,小食叫咗炸蝦餅配酸籽汁配單骨雞翼x2、香芒雞肉米紙卷、3杯茘枝梳打飲品。海南雞飯係油飯,這個飯好好味芒果牛肉就失色,麻麻地。2款小食都一般,反而杯冰茘枝梳打有驚喜,唔係太甜又有足夠茘枝味服務方面,有禮貌,主動收碗碟。整體,坐得舒服,食得開心,吹水吹得𣈱快
