Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 上星期日(13/7)參加了酒店HKD$438的package，可以住一晚同食一個dinner buffet。主題係蟹，不過真係唔太吸引。d蟹冇咩鮮味，好一般。魚生ok，有三款，salmon，tuna同「魚立」魚。切得幾厚，都新鮮既~熱暈有沙鍋雲吞雞，越式炸物，炸魚，牛肉，curry chicken (個汁點薄餅幾好味)。Salad都幾多款式。有個即煮的蜆，好香，值得一試！羊扒就太「蘇」啦！甜品好想像中少款式，有d失望！食左朱古力蛋糕(好濃的朱古力味)，香蕉蛋糕，泡芙，西米糕，椰汁紫米露，朱古力噴泉。雪糕就有草莓，mocha，豆腐，mint chocolate。總括黎講只係一餐好普通的buffet.
