某日路過大埔，因時間太晚，錯過了著名的蔡潤記。路過這裡，看到有蝦子撈麵，便進去試試。麵地有驚喜，彈牙爽口。蝦子則無甚特別。湯底最差，平平無奇。路過一試，沒有期望下也不覺得失望。
