To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因要到銀行辦事, 所以跟同事一起去沙田市中心吃飯, 好因避開午飯時間, 所以2人入坐都不用等位, 我們點了雞肉米線 (麻辣湯多麻辣) + 墨丸米線 (麻辣湯)+細蒜泥白肉雞肉米線: 同事說這次雞肉夠大塊&完整, 麻辣湯夠味墨丸米線: 不過不失, 味精沒另一間那麼重, 比較喜歡這間的米線夠彈性, 蒜泥白肉: 最喜歡上面的蒜泥, 雖然比較油膩, 但味道不錯, 整體不錯, 坐位都蠻舒服

蒜泥白肉: 最喜歡上面的蒜泥, 雖然比較油膩, 但味道不錯, 

整體不錯, 坐位都蠻舒服
