To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六悠閒到奥海行街，印象中已經超過一年多沒有來到奥海，幾年前差不多每個月都會去一兩次，十居其九都會拜會那裡的simply life，因為此分店有供應泰式食品是它其他分店無的而且非常好味，今次再到奥海，竟然發現新店....靠得住(其實不是新只是本人太耐無黎奥海啫 )))，原來它的灣仔店更連續五年得到米芝蓮車軩美食；由於當時只是下午六時不用等位，所以決定 ::]先來個前菜，有齊我最鍾意嘅海蜇，醉雞， ::，醉雞果然係鎮店之寶，花雕酒香濃雞肉滑  ::，青瓜,海蜇同四季豆就好一般！雲吞麵係廚師推介梗係要試下啦，但係只叫過得去咋喎，我覺得無論麵質同D雲吞都係池記好食啲 蠔仔粥都係廚師推介，送到黎既時候仲係滾嫁 ,不過就咁睇好似好細碗咁仲諗住唔夠飽添，點知原來隻碗好深下，食極都有咕WOR! 材料方面,師傅落咗好多蠔仔同方魚都好足料嫁，感覺上冇咩味精唔太咸,食完都唔覺口渴 ,唔錯

Other Info. : 總括黎講呢度D野食都算唔錯而且有不少選擇,下次會再去試下其他美食!
