To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日口淡淡，想食D濕既野。本來想係頌安街市搵食，但店內位置唔多，都係放棄啦。其實入親去馬鞍山呢個美食沙漠，真係有啲灰，因為真係冇嘢好食！朋友提議不如去食譚仔啦，實冇死嘅！商場入面嘅地舖嚟，大地方都好大。咁啱附近有學校搞運動會，好彩我先來一步，否則我都冇位坐呀。上菜嘅時間比我想像中慢，撞啱班學生同時叫野食，好似感覺慢上加慢咁，速度上真係比唔上外面嘅譚仔。我叫左個竹笙米線三小辣。辣味都還好，米線質感都冇因為慢嘅上菜速度而變腍，所以都還可以。而我自己最鍾意就係竹笙，可以吸下D辣湯既味～
