To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約咗個多年無見嘅朋友,因為佢在國外生活,所以梗係要去搵中菜食,始終喺外國,很難搵到好嘅中菜餐廳,因為好多酒樓都無位,所以最後去咗翡翠拉麵小籠包。我哋叫咗小籠包、蘿蔔酥及小食拼盤(鎮江肴肉、甜醋茄子、雞絲粉皮同川辣皮蛋豆腐)。小籠包皮薄多汁,今餐最好食的!上湯好有鮮味,肉香嫩滑,點上香醋更滋味,味道更有層次。蘿蔔酥就比較失望,酥脆感係有的,不過油味較重,調味比較寡,蘿蔔份量奇少,味道淡,唔清甜。小食拼盤中特別鍾意甜醋茄子,味道酸甜開胃。鎮江肴肉都唔錯,達標。但雞絲粉皮嘅粉皮則太厚同唔夠煙韌。整體嚟講都自唔錯,不過略嫌有少少貴。
