To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 過咗去九龍灣嗰邊做嘢,跟住就行咗去附近嘅MegaBox嗰度搵嘢食,身邊嘅朋友話想食越南嘢,所以就跟住個水牌指示走咗去米子。可能去到已經係下午茶時間,所以人唔算多,即刻有位。我哋分別嗌咗一個生牛肉湯河,同埋一個雞扒撈檬,嚟到嘅芽菜香葉份量都算幾多。生牛肉湯河啲牛肉到生生地嘅,呢方面幾好,佢嘅湯就不過不失,我都係要加魚露落去一齊食先似番啲。雞扒撈檬都係穩穩陣陣不過不失。兩碗野嘅份量都可以嘅。兩個都係下午茶餐加錢可以加多一份餸,分別叫咗一碟菜同埋一份雞腳沙律,因為係跟餐每份菜都係加多20幾蚊就有,所以對於份量方面冇期待,留意雞腳沙律真係幾辣,味道都唔錯,不過雞腳就真係真心有啲少。
