To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣區星期日工作中間午飯時間比較匆忙,所以繼續以外賣為主因為唔想出邊食嘢排隊等位,朋友食過呢間,所以建議試吓叫外賣,等嘅時間亦都唔算太耐。我就叫咗個酸菜魚湯飯,再配一個西洋菜蜜,酸菜魚方面分量還算可以,魚方面都算幾滑嘅。味道方面,個人認為可以酸味重多少少,嗰碗湯嘅味亦都可以濃多少少,整體不過不失。朋友就叫咗個瑞士雞翼半焗流心雙蛋飯,流心蛋方面都係不過不失,瑞士雞翼嘅味道如果多少少瑞士汁會更加好,可以令到成個飯都多啲味道。
