To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我哋一行六人嗌咗兩嗰新加坡嚐味二人套裝，再加咗一隻海南雞，人均消費大約$300，用酒店嚟計性價比都算高🤔 除咗一個員工服務質素差同埋冇禮貌扣咗分之前，其他員工都好nice🥰 二人餐嘅頭盤係黃金脆魚皮、沙嗲豬肉及雞肉串，佢嗰沙嗲醬先係重點😋 主菜可以以揀椰香咖哩牛腩配印度千層油酥餅或者招牌海南雞飯🤔 我哋因為叫咗一隻雞所以兩份都揀咗咖哩牛腩，特別出色嘅係佢嗰油酥餅，食落唔會覺得油，加埋咖哩汁係出色嘅，不過牛腩就略嫌太瘦🤔胡椒蝦 - 一碟有4隻，都高質，食完一隻會繼續想食🥰蒜蓉咸魚炒芥蘭 - 正常發輝班蘭蛋糕伴雲呢拿雪糕 - 甜品嚟講有啲失色海南雞全隻$528，好貼心咁分開咗兩碟，不過不失，用賣點嚟睇唔算特別🤔 但好食嘅🤔整體嚟講，因為佢係酒店入面嘅餐廳就性價比高，但如果只用食物計就未達標🤔
