Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

看著套餐的吸引價錢, 又包括無限餐飲, 有啤酒,白酒和红酒, 呵呵, 真的已把我這個酒鬼引進去.... 當然, 我是一個有纪律的人, 所以只能在翌日放假時才去酩酊一番, 放縱一下, 開懐大吃大喝吧! 冷盤4小碟, 先把味蕾打開, 醒一下味覺呢! 冰鎮鲍魚夠彈口, 涼拌海蜇和蒜片牛柳粒, 是非常好的佐酒小菜!不能不赞的是糖醋小排骨和香芒崧子方利, 前者甜酸洽到好處, 甜甜多汁的香芒是迎接夏天的開胃生果, 太捧了吧!你或會疑問, 什麽是方利? 乜東東呢? 它原來是魚中極品呢,含有豐富的膠質, 香滑且有彈力
