To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 爸爸之前來過, 他說幾okay, 所以就一家人再來試一試!可能是平日關係, 7:30pm來到唔駛等位~ (其實整晚入座率都只是5成)環境 : 裝修得不錯, 同娛樂城的格局差很遠! 食物 : 4個人點了6樣東西- 海蜇&鴨舌 - OK!- 佛跳牆 -<其實本身唔想叫, 但個部長係咁SELL, 最終都點左, 都算足料, 有飽魚仔, 花膠, 海參- 生煎包 - 媽咪至愛, 一個人食左3個, 都幾好味, 幾多汁- 蟹粉小籠包 - $28 3隻 呢個價錢真係抵食, 好味過好多地方, 好多蟹粉, 十分足料- 大閘蟹 - 今年食過最鮮味既大閘蟹。雖然唔係好大隻, 但都算多膏, 又新鮮- 片皮鴨 - 本人極愛! $98一食, 都算OK!最後仲有南瓜西米露送....不過好鬼甜!服務 : 我真心覺得呢到D部長係咪要跑好多數, 一入黎就係咁SELL, 連轉菜阿姐都係, 勁同你吹水~~

- 佛跳牆 -<其實本身唔想叫, 但個部長係咁SELL, 最終都點左, 都算足料, 有飽魚仔, 花膠, 海參
- 生煎包 - 媽咪至愛, 一個人食左3個, 都幾好味, 幾多汁
- 蟹粉小籠包 - $28 3隻 呢個價錢真係抵食, 好味過好多地方, 好多蟹粉, 十分足料

- 大閘蟹 - 今年食過最鮮味既大閘蟹。雖然唔係好大隻, 但都算多膏, 又新鮮
- 片皮鴨 - 本人極愛! $98一食, 都算OK!
