To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餓底又在荃灣愉景附近搵食了，來到海霸街，正好走進這間叫意的壽司餐廳。刺身款式好特別，有蟶子&水母！不過餓底今晚想食帶子！特別野下次再來試啦。帶子蟹膏刺身帶子刺身本已經鮮甜，再加上蟹膏，一定鮮上加鮮呀！點少少wasabi豉油，整粒拍入口，柔軟的帶子＆溶化的蟹膏，在餓底口中交纏，要慢慢細味！鵝肝和牛粒石頭飯石頭飯吱吱吱地上枱，香氣四溢，餓底用匙羹畢起一粒牛，還冒著煙，馬上吹兩下，放入口中，和牛的油香在口中釋放，咀嚼時肉香也隨之而來，呀～好味呀！再來一小口鵝肝，甘，化，醇！整碗飯被餓底吃個清光！
