To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

提早幾日打電話去book台, 係一個男的接聽, 態度好好, 聽完我講booking資料亦都詳細confirm多一次...同時我同佢講左係幫朋友慶祝生日....佢話通常d人會晌甜品碟上寫生日字句....亦都問清楚我要寫d乜....很好!我地係自己揸車去既, 不難找...去到隨便泊晌門口空位 (沒有指定車位), 美中不足是, 如果餐廳有人給我們泊車指示會更好, 另外, 等我們泊好車後, 也沒有侍應走來門口接我們...我要走到裡面直接問人...希望這2點可以有改善~我們點了雜菜湯, 凱撒salad, 蜜糖豬手和啖啖肉pizza, 和橙檸檬茶。態餐廳送餐包配酒醋。上甜品時, 男侍應在甜品碟上已寫好字句, 還鬼馬地從後送上心太軟, 令男友很意外!我們初到既時間(7:30pm)以為唔係太多人, 點知人越來越多, 仲有好多外籍人士, 大多數人揸車入黎既, 因為搭車既話真係有d唔方便~希望下次約多d朋友一齊去食, 因為食物真係唔錯, 而且吃得出是用心之作!
