星期日同外婆飲茶,見呢間酒樓有飲茶放題,個idea幾新穎,價錢都差不多,就黎試吓~食物款式算多,有不少比較新穎嘅菜式,例如蘋果叉燒酥、荔香蜂巢帶子等等都係第一次見放題每位會送一件原隻鮑魚酥同埋花膠灌湯餃~原隻鮑魚酥比較有驚喜,鮑魚幾大粒,而且佢餡料都包左啲火腿同蝦肉等等,幾足料下~我比較喜歡放題每一碟點心份量比較少,同傳統飲茶唔同,傳統點心每一碟份量會多幾件,放題每碟份量較少,唔夠就再叫,咁樣比較適合想試多啲款又怕同一款太多食唔晒嘅人👍炸物炸得都夠香脆足料,蘿蔔絲酥餅有驚喜,佢嘅酥皮有牛油香,入口酥化,連同蘿蔔絲一齊食有入口即溶嘅感覺~鹹水角,芋絲炸春卷嘅餡料比較多,口感比較豐富~亦都叫咗一鍋籠仔蒸雞飯,蒸飯吸收左雞嘅鮮味,都食到油香,飯粒都比較分明,都係唔錯嘅選擇~最後都叫咗不少蔬菜類,淮山黑木耳百合識落比較爽脆,有淡淡的調味清清地可以中和返炸物嘅油膩感~杞子魚滑娃娃菜由於上湯嘅關係,味道比較重,娃娃菜吸收左上湯嘅味道,同魚滑一齊食味道剛剛好,不會太淡~至於鮮茄雲耳浸菜苗味道就比較清新,番茄嘅鮮甜加上菜苗嘅爽脆食落味道會比較fresh,亦都係我較鍾意嘅配搭~食物嘅質素都不錯,外婆都食
