將軍澳的這間餐廳剛開不久已有大批食客支持,今晚我就和太太到來光顧,叫了兩碗粉麵,一客串燒小食及兩杯飲品,大概在300蚊之內,是一般的晚飯價錢吧。當中我欣賞這道喇沙湯粉的湯底,味道不會太濃郁,也不會太淡,卻仍保持喇沙的原有風格,於我而言是十分滿意的。另外,這麵嘅另外一個特色是那油麵和米粉混在一起的食法,同時有粗幼的兩個不同口感很有新鮮感。太太叫的這個軟殼蟹凍檬,我問太太有乜感想,她說軟殼蟹不可用好脆來形容,而會說是鬆化,味是不錯的,軟殼蟹只有一隻好珍貴,要慢慢細嚼品嚐先得。我們吃埋串燒肚皮夠飽了,整體味道不俗,下次再光顧。

太太叫的這個軟殼蟹凍檬,我問太太有乜感想,她說軟殼蟹不可用好脆來形容,而會說是鬆化,味是不錯的,軟殼蟹只有一隻好珍貴,要慢慢細嚼品嚐先得。
