To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早上有事到西營盤見客，由於見完後已到中午時間，便在附近搵間餐廳醫飽個肚，再番公司繼續工作🤦🏻‍♂這間餐廳售賣上海湯麵和炒麵，價錢唔貴，最平36蚊已有一碗菜肉雲吞麵。坐低後，見到很多食客都叫炸排骨麵，想必是招牌菜，咁我都叫番一碗啦🤤1. 菜膽雲吞排骨麵 $43這個麵有3條白菜、3粒菜肉雲吞和即炸排骨，以這個價錢，有菜有肉有麵，其實都幾抵食👍🏻麵條很彈牙，雲吞很足料，而有點驚喜是炸排骨，除了外皮酥脆外，他們沒有用鬆肉粉，食落口感扎實😋整體來說，性格比高👍🏻
