To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

數日前到此晚餐, 叫了燒乳豬, 牛面珠肉, 羊扒等食物.環境不錯, 半戶外, 服務親切有禮. 食物方面餐前的麵包比較古怪, 像芝麻包但是冷冷的. 但沙律是好味的, 特別是沙律上的芝士和生菜也很好. 主菜方面比較差的是羊扒, 難切不離骨, 但乳豬和牛面珠都比預期好, 薯菜和意粉都不錯. 整體來說是值得一去的.
