To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中午喺元朗搵食,行去谷亭街,就見到一樓冰室!見佢啲午餐都幾平,咁你入去食啦,好有趣午餐係可以選擇糖水或者係熱飲!咁當然就選擇糖水啦,咁簡單地選擇咗一個豬扒煎蛋米線加雪耳木瓜糖水;嚟都個豬扒冇分開上,就一個敗筆,雞蛋都仲有少少燶邊,都仲可以!米線就算林滑;反而雪耳木瓜糖水就有個驚喜,唔算太甜,食落都幾潤喉!簡簡單單咁就食咗一餐呀!呢度都坐得都幾舒服,招呼都算可以,以普通茶餐廳來講,一個簡單嘅午餐食堂尚算合格!
