To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日跑完步，就去咗金鐘嘅譚仔雲南米線食晏，來到剛好有卡位坐，所以坐得特別舒適，店員服務亦都十分周到；和朋友都係一樣叫咗過橋米線，因為貪佢樣樣都有，而且夠大碗，兩個人食剛剛好；再點多一個豬皮墨魚春卷加兩杯嘢飲；飲品就當然係點佢嘅三色檸檬可樂和生薑香橙特飲；生薑香橙特飲，果然有好生薑嘅味，真係值得推介，再加埋香橙，實在係一絕；三色檸檬可樂就普普通通，只係檸檬可樂加青檸，冇乜特別，但係成罐可樂畀哂你加落去都感覺抵飲；至於個豬皮墨魚卷就真係同幅相相差太遠啦，感覺有啲搵笨；墨魚春捲仲細個隻手指尾！有啲失望！過橋米線就一如既往不過不失總括來說！都還可以！
