To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

舊年唔知幾時開始, 元氣部份分店引入左新幹線送食物既玩意, 原本要排隊既元氣更加排上加排.今日同個客傾完野仲早, 記得荃灣呢間分店有呢個玩意, 一於就黎玩下先. 未到晚飯時間, 所以人唔多, 唔洗排就入得.元氣已經進步左平板點菜, 與時並進, 食品種類其實一樣.點左野食, 等左一輪, 其待以久既玩意就到喇, 一部高速既新幹線突然停響眼前, 幾過引, 不過一車得4碟. 黎左幾轉之後, 其實又覺得無咩野, 玩過一次就夠.野食都係要左大路野, 特別D有炸蝦卷連頭, 覺我元氣由開頭到現在既炸蝦都有一定水準, 無退步. 炸蝦仍然好脆, 唔油膩, 蝦爽口.八爪魚壽司, 呢個八爪魚成隻上, 新鮮鮮甜, 煙韌有咬口, 但唔會韌到咬唔開, 唔錯.
