To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜麻麻好口痕想食碗酸辣米線，隨心入咗呢一間「雲桂香酸辣米線店」，位置喺太子10分方便。叫咗一碗雲南小鍋酸辣米線$32，再加$15豬頸肉，套餐再加$8凍檸茶，最後埋單$55夜晚食相當經濟。小窩米線方面，叫咗少少辣，咁所以佢嘅辣度係啱啱好真係唔係好食得辣嘅都接受到，但係酸度方面，就真係唔係好夠，至於豬頸肉係唔係我想像中嘅薄片，反而係厚身豬頸頸肉，唔知點解我覺得自己好似食緊豬軟骨🤣🤣，不過味道都可以接受，整體嚟講都算唔錯。至於凍檸茶就中規中矩，正正常常。
