響香港想食一個真正得上日本人整既鰻魚飯其實唔容易,而且鰻魚飯其實煮法都有唔同門派,有啲會蒸熟左先燒,有啲就直接活鰻用炭火燒,整出黎既效果,口感同味道都各有千秋。為左滿足一下口慾,今次試左呢間拉面店既鰻魚飯,雖然份量無京都見到果啲鰻魚丼咁誇張,但係鰻魚份量都唔少。佢地既鰻魚好厚身,好多肉,鍾意啖啖鰻魚肉既朋友應該會鍾意。不過我就覺得用無咁厚肉既鰻魚有個好處,就係成條鰻魚剚可以入味啲,佢地呢度既鰻肉有肉厚既好處,但就令到肉既中間部份唔夠燒汁味。不過整體都算ok既。
