To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與老婆跟兒子玩完沙灘,行過來食飯很方便。打電話訂位立即有。三個人結脹要600塊,不算很貴 ,但不是openrice寫的100至200元。叫了兩肉一菜:巴東牛肉、肉骨、鹹魚芥蘭,白飯及飲品。巴東牛肉高質,價錢合理;肉骨茶也不錯,沒有某些茶餐廳那些藥材渣; 芥蘭也可以。飯嫌份量少,最後點多個椰香飯,椰香飯沒有油飯那麼油膩。飲品叫了「美祿恐龍」給兒子。這杯飲料我覺得最不值,要60多元,是我的涷啡的一倍有多,完全不理解。建議父母們不一定要花這個價錢,而且兒子最後也喝不完。(服務方面,其實很殷勤,但就是太殷勤,肉骨茶吃剩一件,前前後後三個侍應趕著想收,我都說未食完,第三個想收我趕快夾落自己碗內,最後卻掉了在地上)
