To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又到星期六出街食飯嘅日子,3年前食過舊舖間店最後食個次麻麻地因為我叫左個豚角煮即係一舊舊豚肉炇食落好鞋同好韌所以幾年都無再去今日故意再試一試⋯⋯ 今次我已經問定職員腩肉和肩肉分別,回覆係腩肉肥d和淋d,所以我就做出左又一次嘅錯誤決定叫左腩肉 ,脂肪分佈比例佔2/3十分之漏,幸好還有少少木耳食下加左埋隻充滿蛋汁嘅溏心蛋,麵質我選普通都已經好爽口,但個湯底鹹左少少 另一碗就係剔左廚師推介即係除左個湯底所有野都係廚師幫你選,所以朋友就食到好滑脂肪分佈係1/10嘅肩肉,但呢個湯底唔講得笑,真係好辣食到咳呢個係用上柚子檸檬醬油撈埋一齊食,酸酸鹹鹹加埋燒過嘅义燒真係好香口惹味,下次會再去試個肩肉的
