To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間餐廳在黃大仙開了一段時間，每次都很多人。心血來潮想吃海南雞飯，但入去餐廳，發覺有海南雞粉食，最後便揀了海南雞河粉。河粉的份量不太多，忘記走洋蔥，但湯底是很好吃的。不知道湯底有沒有加味精，但至少喝完湯沒有口喝的感覺。海南雞的醬汁不多，只有甜酸醬汁。雖然沒有其他醬配海南雞，但酸汁配海南雞也足夠。海南雞的雞肉不太肥，瘦肉剛剛好，很適合女生食，份量也是剛剛好的。午市套餐配了凍奶茶少甜，飲品甜度適中，不會太甜，而且冰的量剛好。整理來說，價格可以接受，不太貴，但環境比較嘈吵，不太適合朋友聚會聊天。
