文辉的墨鱼丸名气还是有的,紫菜墨鱼丸粉,紫菜四宝粉在香港很有名。铜锣湾店位于渣甸街上,店面还是很显眼的,招牌颇大。店内环境还可以吧,在茶餐厅里面算是比较干净的。紫菜墨鱼丸粉,听说专挑那种每只重量在2斤以上的大墨鱼当原料,打成有弹性的墨鱼浆后入大锅滚热。24小时不停用汤底用猪骨与老母鸡连滚,搭配招牌特质河粉,入口清爽甜美。其他的四宝粉,八宝粉,捞面等也还不错。口味因人而异吧,个人觉得一般般,偶尔尝试一下还是可以的。
