為左慶祝父親節,同父親提早選左一間係中環既尼泊爾餐廳用餐。間餐廳位於中環既SOHO區,真係有好多外籍人士黎享用。餐廳既裝潢OK 幾突出到尼泊爾既特色。我地四人入席,坐係比較近BAR枱既位置。啤酒啤酒真係非常非常好飲同易入口,連我平時唔飲啤酒既人都吹左2枝,我夠膽講香港無一個啤酒品牌好飲得過佢!尼泊爾藉既老闆話係因為釀啤酒既水係無添加無污染來自喜馬拉雅山海拔5700米以上無人無動物居住山區嘅山泉水,所以啤酒既味道特別Fresh。 頭盤尼泊爾既特色小食 炸脆片~ 個脆片不錯一上碟就要即食,如果唔係涼左就會變淋。脆片仲有配2個醬汁。一紅一綠, 紅的比較辣,綠的無咁辣青檸味重。小食炸茄子~炸茄子雖然係炸品,識煮菜既人應該都知道茄子係特別索油,但係依道菜唔會有種炸完油膩既感覺,外脆內軟,非常不錯。仲有多幾款秘製醬汁。有薄荷乳酪醬,芒果醬,酸甜餃子醬。 我個人推介茄子配芒果醬最答!尼泊爾雞肉餃子尼泊爾雞肉餃子賣相好似上海既小籠包。但不同的是尼泊爾入面包既係雞肉,小籠包既係豬肉。比起上海既小籠包不同之處就係小籠包既湯汁比較多。尼泊爾雞肉餃子既口感比較扎實,雞肉餃子既孜然味好香濃惹味。湯Order左三

啤酒

炸茄子雖然係炸品,識煮菜既人應該都知道茄子係特別索油,但係依道菜唔會有種炸完油膩既感覺,外脆內軟,非常不錯。仲有多幾款秘製醬汁。有薄荷乳酪醬,芒果醬,酸甜餃子醬。 我個人推介茄子配芒果醬最答!

尼泊爾雞肉餃子
尼泊爾雞肉餃子賣相好似上海既小籠包。但不同的是尼泊爾入面包既係雞肉,小籠包既係豬肉。
比起上海既小籠包不同之處就係小籠包既湯汁比較多。尼泊爾雞肉餃子既口感比較扎實,雞肉餃子既孜然味好香濃惹味。

Order左三款湯
1) 橙色既南瓜湯
橙色既南瓜湯完全係我既至愛,香甜綿滑,又creamy非常好飲 南瓜完全融入湯到好綿好滑 無渣~極力推介

2) 紅色既豆湯
 紅色既豆湯都唔錯,豆味香濃,有D似中式赤小豆加眉豆煲出黎既湯,但又有羅宋湯既味道。餐廳老闆話係用左十幾種既豆混埋一齊熬制而成,無添加肉類煮,岩哂茹素既食客。

3) 白色既磨茹湯
白色既磨茹湯就比較淡,調味略嫌不足,但蘑茹味都夠香。
烤餅
尼泊爾既烤餅,新鮮出爐既餅熱辣辣食,非常好食脆口。浸湯一流。

主棻
鐵板烤魚
鐵板烤魚,老闆介紹左一大輪,可惜本人對魚既品種既英文無咩研究,所以唔知係咩魚。魚係烤既,真係無骨同啖啖肉,連本人不太鐘意食魚同挑骨既人,都食左2大舊。

仲有其他主菜
1)蕃茄咖哩雞
蕃茄味好香濃,雞都好滑,唔會鞋。反而唔係幾食得出個咖哩味,只有濃濃既蕃茄汁味。

2)咖哩羊肉
咖哩既味道好似無其他印度既咖哩香料味咁重。但個人覺得羊既味道比較重,但係我爸爸就比較喜歡依種羊羶味!

3)蕃茄涼拌菠棻
涼拌菠棻不錯,幾開胃。食左咖哩濃味既食物,食番D涼拌野中和番都係不錯的選擇!

4)黃薑尼泊爾米飯
尼泊爾既米同我地普通既泰國米飯不同,尼泊爾米比較偏乾身同長身,還可以。但我就比較食慣泰國既香米。

個山羊芝士薄餅真係較特別,薄餅上鋪滿哂芝士,身為芝士腔既我真係流哂口水點會放過,點埋咖哩汁食真係一流

甜品

由於主菜食得太飽,本身諗住唔要甜品。但係老闆既熱情推介極力邀請我地試一試佢地招牌既甜品,盛情難卻,唯有叫老闆只上一杯來一試。甜品係甜椒乳酪,幾特別,酸酸的乳酪配甜甜的忌廉果然不錯。好快就比我清哂!

到了稍晚時間,店內既客人走得七七八八。餐廳老闆同我地傾下計,又激請我地去廚房參觀,仲即埸請大廚為我地示範搓餅。

埋單後,仲送左枝外形獨特似彎刀既尼泊爾特色Rum酒做禮物,等我唔洗愁送咩禮物比父親做禮物。
(果然夠特別)
