To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日結婚週年第一年，我哋去赤柱市集前黎食個老公喜歡的拉麵，第一次同老公黎一風堂食環境唔錯，好特別的匙羹裝飾；服務也好好，見我大肚就送上熱水，好貼心，也為我們安排最入又比較廣闊的坐位，好熱心（蜜柑梳打）老公點了這個，冰蜜柑加有氣梳打，老公話好正日式炸雞點了套餐，所以可優惠加小食，老公愛炸雞，熱辣辣又脆卜卜，但老公話唔夠入味，都唔錯（白元丸味）清清的幾好，唔會太咸，喜歡麵、叉燒可以選擇軟硬及煮法，湯底好味，拉麵份量剛好，有木耳及蔥粒，正！ 更有辣芽菜，喜歡爽脆口感（新口味：帆立貝黑蒜叉燒拉麵）帆立貝2粒、炙燒叉燒、黑蒜味好香濃、拉麵是粗身的，更有糖心蛋，老公加了麵底，好滿足好味道，配有少少辣味，更加開胃
