見到水餃店,總會諗起煙煙韌韌既餃子皮,包住飽滿既餡料,爆出來既湯汁,所以一見到北京水餃四個字就衝左入去韭菜餃麵($39)韭菜餃有4粒,餃子皮食得出係自己磋既,有煙韌度,而且略厚。咬落去有肉汁,但韭菜略嫌太少。餃子點上醋及豆瓣醬更提起味道。麵則不甚出色,所以只食左半碗。見餃子不錯,與朋友share多一客三鮮煎鍋貼。鍋貼唔係一條條既 ,而係類似韭菜盒子咁,兩面煎得金黃脆卜卜,一咬落去肉汁噴射出來,好食。但三鮮口味同韭菜餃一樣有韭菜如豬肉,只係多左粒蝦,食唔到有咩鮮!?
