To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時訓到無中午都唔會起身，今日突然要返早班，迫於無奈要早起，見難得早起就去食早餐，本身諗住食澳牛但要排勁耐隊就去咗呢間，一坐底就好快鎖定要食早餐b，多士好香脆，個炒滑蛋又估佢唔到咁滑，加埋一起勁好食，而個沙嗲麵啲牛肉都幾香沙嗲味，牛肉質地都不錯，個麵軟度剛好，吸哂啲沙嗲好香好濃郁，而個湯底鹹度適中，不過杯凍檸茶就差一點了，茶香唔夠有啲偏淡，好在檸檬都夠多都幾清新，甜度都剛剛好，不過個早餐要$40算貴了一點
