下雨天,又凍又濕,食翻d熱野暖肚是常識吧。路過佐敦,太多選擇都唔知食咩好,經過一間拉麵店見門外有介紹個湯底點整,好吸引呀,幾十斤既豬骨,加上三款魚乾及蔬菜煲8小時。因係因為呢段片吸引左我入去食一碗織田將軍拉麵(鹽味豬骨濃湯),店員話呢個口味會比較清。黎到既時候,當然要先品嚐一口湯頭,豬骨味香濃,帶點鹽味。之後我再加入左少少魚油,湯底開始有變化,除左豬骨味,仲有魚香味!真係大大提升左湯底既味道。我選擇左較幼既麵,好彈牙,原來師傅係有計時確保拉麵既彈性。叉燒好大塊,半肥瘦既一塊叉燒,好香好滑。溏心蛋,蛋黃好流,好香,蛋白就有香濃既滷水味,超讚呀!
