本來想食隔離間日本野不過見好多人等唔想排,咁岩見到呢間新開,專食日本牛,就入去試下啦。店入面好新,好似日式連鎖既格局,唔算好大但坐得都幾舒服。熟成黑牛丼$159用左300克安格斯牛翼板肉,搭到好似山咁高,成10幾塊淨係食肉都飽。牛肉煎到7成熟,岩岩好無血水既狀態,好滑溜好軟熟,個醬汁都好重牛肉味但都幾甜同重黑椒味,送飯幾好,但送牛就有d蓋過牛既味。浪漫牛shabushabu $380個餐有3款韓式前菜,但其實味道偏甜同淡,似日式前菜多d,仲有野菜,豚肉,烏冬同鹿兒島縣和牛。煲入面其實已經滿晒野菜,但額外仲有d娃娃菜同菇,分量好多,蔬菜好新鮮,個餐都幾健康既。三層豚肉比較肥,味道較淡。和牛雪花分布幾靚,入口即溶,牛味濃得黎好順滑。埋單600蚊左右,唔算平但話晒都和手,質素ok,如果食丼會抵d。
