太子深水埗既小菜館係高手雲集,試多幾間,好多時會意想不到既驚喜。聚興家雖然拎過米芝蓮,但價錢仲係好抵食,好岩聚會!黎之前已經睇到好多人推薦佢地既紅燒乳鴿($68),黎得太晏好彩叫到最後一隻😩,上枱就平平無奇,但一咬就知係正野!上手溫度仲好熱,外皮好輕薄但脆,係酥脆個種感覺,裡面啖啖肉而且無論髀位定翼位既肉都好嫩,食完意猶未盡😍,必點!海鮮類都係驚喜既,花甲蒸蛋($198)賣相靚,花甲每粒都大隻,蛋做得比一般蒸蛋滑,好似雞蛋羹咁,搞到花甲都變做陪襯🤣。豉汁蒸大鱔($298/半條)叫個陣見佢比一般既貴一倍有多,上枱知係值得既,因為一碟有成11舊,而且佢用既鱔係巨型版,食落啖啖肉唔會咬少少就到骨。魚香茄子煲($98) 炆得入味,好驚食茄子食到個種比唔夠油半生熟既感覺,好彩喱份夠熟又惹味。菠蘿生炒骨($98)就一般般,有拉絲既感覺,不過太多骨冇乜肉食。
