原來觀塘有間隱世潮州菜,由米芝連星⭐️級主廚主理,仲聽講座無虛席。要是一間潮州菜好唔好食當然少不了潮式滷水,點咗份滷水鵝片,果然鵝肉非常鮮嫩,滷水汁味道鹹香適中與餓肉也十分匹配。最欣賞嘅係佢墊底嘅豆腐都做得非常好味。另一樣推薦菜式就係潮式炸蟹棗,蟹棗呢個名可能有啲人唔係好知係咩,其實有啲似我哋打邊爐食嘅蝦滑,混入咗蟹肉,加入馬蹄、沙葛等等嘅材料,再拎落去炸到金黃色。依度菜式其實好考功夫,首先係蟹棗做得夠唔夠爽、其次就係炸嘅時間要拿捏得啱啱好。呢度嘅師傅就將呢一度菜式發揮得淋漓盡致,彈牙之餘外表係香脆嘅金黃色。
